Ongoing initiatives

bst365体育投注网址大全The AREA Research Committee is supporting members and the enterprise AR ecosystem through the following initiatives:

bst365体育投注网址大全The AREA Research Committee is developing its Research Agenda, a thematic “roadmap” of research topics that members of the AREA feel are their highest priorities.

The first phase (spring 2019) of the Research Agenda development process involved interviewing research stakeholders in AREA member organizations and several non-member academic researchers. Based on these interviews, a AREA Members Research Priorities report was issued.

bst365体育投注网址大全The next phase involves our compiling research topics identified within other AREA Committees. We are also expanding the perspectives by conducting additional interviews.

bst365体育投注网址大全The AREA Research Agenda will be released publicly in order to serve as a support to all members of the enterprise AR ecosystem. The AREA Research Agenda will guide research funding/grant organizations of all sizes as well as researchers worldwide in their investment of resources into research that will accelerate the adoption of AR in enterprise settings.
